At Pawfect Pet Haven, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right (like that dog coat that looked bigger in the photos), our returns process is simpler than teaching a golden retriever to fetch!

Our Easy-Peasy Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Pack

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve our products!)
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack It Up

Once approved, repackage the item with:

  • Original packaging (no chew marks please!)
  • All tags still attached
  • Included accessories (like leads with collars)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Step 3: Send It Back

We’ll email you a returns label if the item is faulty. Otherwise, ship to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card etc.)
  • Shipping Costs: Only refunded for faulty items

Note: International refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account.

Exchange Requests

Want a different size or product? Just let us know in your email! We’ll:

  2. Ship the new item once we receive the return
  3. Contact you if there are price differences

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Dog Dental Care products (used or opened)
  • Dog Conditioner and opened grooming products
  • Dog Food (unless sealed and unexpired)
  • Personalized/custom items (like engraved collars)

Faulty Items?

If your automatic feeder arrived looking like it’s been through a puppy teething phase, we’ll cover return shipping and rush you a replacement faster than a greyhound chasing a rabbit!
