Shipping Information
🐾 Quick Paws Delivery: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excepted). Your goodies will be packed with care faster than a terrier chasing a squirrel!

Not completely happy with your purchase? No worries! Our returns policy is simpler than teaching a poodle to sit.

Step-by-Step Returns:
Step 1: Contact Our Pack
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve our products!)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack It Up
Once approved, repackage the item with:
- Original packaging (no chew marks please!)
- All tags still attached
- Included accessories (like leads with collars)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Step 3: Send It Back
We’ll email you a returns label if the item is faulty. Otherwise, ship to:

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card etc.)
- Shipping Costs: Only refunded for faulty items
Note: International refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account.
Exchange Requests
Want a different size or product? Just let us know in your email! We’ll:

- Ship the new item once we receive the return
- Contact you if there are price differences
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Dog Dental Care products (used or opened)
- Dog Conditioner and opened grooming products
- Dog Food (unless sealed and unexpired)
- Personalized/custom items (like engraved collars)
Faulty Items? If your automatic feeder arrived looking like it’s been through a puppy teething phase, we’ll cover return shipping and rush you a replacement faster than a greyhound chasing a rabbit!
