6. Returns and Refunds

Not completely happy? Our returns process is simpler than teaching a poodle to sit!

• Free returns for faulty items

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

6.3 Faulty Items

If your automatic feeder arrives looking like it’s been through a puppy teething phase, we’ll cover return shipping and rush a replacement!
